Pricing (Revised 01/09/2025)

Simple pricing structure, the longer you employ me, the cheaper the rate.

Hourly rate:

£50 1st full Hour*  (This covers my traveling costs)
£30 per hour for the next 3 subsequent hours.
£20 per hour after 4 hours.

*For plumbing and electrical work the 1st hour is £75

Charge period every 15 minutes after the 1st hour.

Example: if a job takes 2 hours and 30mins to complete the total would be £95.00, plus any materials I have supplied.

Fixed prices:

Some jobs, for example fitting handrails, replacing fence posts etc, I am happy to estimate and provide a fixed price.
